3、lydiscussionofthedesignprincipleinfieldcontrolsystem,thispaperabsorbtheadvancedopendesignmindinsupervisionandcontrolsystem,combinethepracticalprojectaswellassendanewtechnologyorproduct,whichnamedPCC,intotheindustrialsprayingcontrolfieldwhichisabreakoutnomatterinfieldcontroltechno
4、logyorthestructureofthecontrolmind.Thenewdesignedsystemhasitscontrolsystemlevelclearaswellasmoreexcellentreal-timequalityandreliability.TheopeningbussystemofthePCCproductwhichmakethecommunicationbetweendifferentsystemmoreconvenientprovidethehardwaremoduleandCANportthroughwhichthe
5、physicalconnectionturnedintomoreeasy.Thecontrolmodeoftraditionalpneumaticvalveshassomeshortcomings,includinghighcost,lowsafetyandmanyfailurepoints,etc.Applicationofthevalveislandcontrolmodewiththefieldbusinterfacecanimprovetheabove-mentionedshortcomings.Atfirst,thispapernotonlyma
