2、lefromexternaldocumentssuchasvectororbitmapfiles.Thentheworkpiecesareprocessedbylasermarkingmachineunderthecontrolofsoftware.Firstlasermarkingsystemisintroduced,includingworkingtheory,hardwareandsoftwareorganizationandarchitecture,andvarioustypesoflasermarkingmachinesareintroducedbriefly.Somesoftw

3、aretechnologiesarerelatedtothedevelopmentoflasermarkingsoftware.Thebasicknowledgeoftherelevanttechnologiesisintroducedhere.Thecharacteristicsofagenerallasermarkingsoftwarearegivenformthreeaspectsofrunenvironment,performanceandfunctionsindemandanalysis.Onekindofarchitecturesforgenerallasermarkingco

4、ntrolsoftwarebasedonsoft-controlisintroducedhere.Thesoftwareisdividedintotwoparts:graphicssubsystemandmarkingcontrolsubsystem.Graphicssubsystemisconsistedoffivemodules,andgraphicsmoduleisthecore.Markingcontrolsubsystemisconsistedoftwomodules,includingdevicedriverofD/Acontrolcard.Markingcontrolsubs

5、ystemisexpoundedindetail,controlflowoflasermarkingisexplained,includingthemeaningofvariousdelayparametersrelatetocontrolflow.Themarkingprocessiscontrolledatreal-timeundertheprecisionof10µs.Anapproachtoachievetheprecisetimingof10µsbasedonWindowsplatformisanalyzedinthisthesis,twosolutionsaregiven:in

6、terrupt-timingandsoft-timing.Bothtwosolutionshavetheirownadvantagesanddisadvantages.Consideringofthemeritsofthesetwosolutionssynthetically,thisthesisalsopresentsanidealsolution,asanimproveddirectionofthissoftware.Finally,amarkingexampleispresentedthroughonlinetesting,verifyingtheutilityofthissoftw
