4、．2．BringsforwardaschemeofusingiLBCspeechcodecinthemoduleofspeechbyanalyzingtheperformanceandtechnicalsuperiorityofiLBC．3．UnderVC6．0，thepaperimplementsthespeechcodecbasedoniLBCbyusingC++language．4．Inordertomeettherequestofthereal—timeenvironmentofmobilemoptimizesthecodecbythewayof
