4、udyobjectanddevelopsaneffective,energy-savingliquidself-circulatingradiatorwithoutpumpforelectroniccomponent.Inthispaper,associatingheatfeatureofelectroniccomponentwithrunningenvironment,aliquidself-circulatingradiatorwithoutpumpWasdesignedandproduced.Thenthis
5、radiatorWasusedforelectroniccomponents.Intheexperiment,effectandperformancewefccheckedup.Basedontheradiator,mathematicmodelWassetup.Combingthecalculatingresultwithexperimentalresult,theradiatorwasimproved013.tomakeiteffective.TheresultWaSshown:Withinputpowerin
6、creasing,thetemperature,thepressureandtheflowareincreasing.Asthehighestinputpower115Wischarged,thesmallestthermoresistanceisO.550C/W,thehighestpressureis4,15bar,thehighesttemperatureonthesurfaceofradiatoris78.50C,theoptimalchargeratiois80%~100%,underthisstatio
7、nthebiggestflowis129,thesmallestchargeratiois60%.AmongR123,R11andR113,theperformanceofRl23isthebest.Theonekeytoresolvetheheat-transfereffectliesinmakingtherefrigerantcirculatingrapidlyandcompletely,theotheroneliesindecreasingthethcrmoresistanceofevaporatingsec
