3、arethemostimportantfactorsinfluencingtheformingqualityofbendingpipe.Inthispaper,inordertoimprovethequalityinaccuratepipebending,thetheoriesofelasticdeformationandplasticdeformationarestudiedandlargeamountoftesthavebeencarriedout.Basedontheabovepredictingofspringbacka
4、ndlengthextensionpreciselyarethekeytoobtainingtheaccuracyofbendingpipe.Itisdifficultfordesignengineerstopredictspringbackandlengthextensionbecausemanyvariablesaffectit,suchasmaterialproperties,diegeometry,pipeouterdiameter,pipethickness,andsoon.Inthispaper,therearema
5、nyrecordscontainingthespringbackandextensionpropertiesofvariouspipematerialsandpipesizesatdifferentanglesofbend.However,thesmallerthebendingradiusare,thesmallerthespringback,andthegreaterthebendingangel,thegreaterthespringback.Thefinalbendingangleafterspringbackissma
6、llerthanthatbeforespringback,andthefinalbendingradiusafterspringbackislargerthanthatbeforespringback.Inordertoachievetheaccuratebendingangleastargetfigure,forpracticalpurposestheactualbendingdieradiusmaybesmallerthanthetargetradius,i.e.about97%,andtheactualangleofben
7、dingforthecertaindieisslightlylargerthanthedesiredanglebasedonthepipesizeandwallthicknessanddesiredangle.Onthebasisofbendingexperimentswithvariouspipesizeclassed,variouswallthicknessesandanglesofbend,lengthextensioninformationrecordedinthispaperarecreated,andthepipei
