2、35年12月，《开发西北》月刊存续了2年。在2年的时间内，《开发西北》月刊共出版了4卷24期，共刊载了230多篇文章。其中77篇是对西北自然环境、社会环境认识的文章，内容包括西北地区的矿产资源、交通建设、经济情况、地理、历史、文化、教育，对西北进行了比较全面的认识。《开发西北》月刊提出了许多开发西北、的计划、方案。有对整体性的开发意见，有针对某一方面或某一领域的广碴‘t“’开发建议。这些文章一方面启迪了人们开发西北的智慧，另一方面为政府开发西北献计献策。《开发西北》月刊对于西北的认识及开发西北的探讨，总体上是正确的，个别认识是存在一些偏差。关键词：《开发西北》，认识，对策内蒙
