8、公路、栎社机场、北仑港为重点，大力推进交通基础设施建设，完善综合运输网络，扩大客货运能力。至2004年末，宁波市运输线路中，铁路营运里程102公里；公路通车里程5615．46公里，其中高速公路183．75公里；内河航道1203．78公里，其中五级以上航道里程为84．83公里：沿海港口万吨以上泊位41个，其中10万吨级以上码头泊位5个；民航机场1个，航线31条，里程32062公里；管道运输163．2公里。全社会客运量27962万人，旅客周转量
