4、altoolwiththefunctionsofbothguaranteeandpayment,hasrathercomplexanduniquelegalsystems.Therefore,thestandbyletterofcredithasbeenahotissueininternationalresearch,especiallyaftertheInternationalStandbyPracticeshavebeenputintopractice.InChina,theresearchonastandbyletterofcr
