3、icjam,trafficsafety,efficiencyoftransportationandenvironment.Asfarasourcountryisconcerned,itismoreimportantinourcitinizationandmodernization.Automaticdetectingandrecordingsystemofvehiclesforviolationoftrafficsignal,whatnamedtheelectronicpolicesystem,isanimportantpartofITS.Atpresent
