3、rchedinthisthesis.AbasedPXIautomatictestsystemisdesignedtosoIvetheproblemwhichtheefficiencyofproductsinpipeliningtestedinthevibrationenvironmentislow.Thethesisputforwardspecificcontentofhardwareandsoftwaredesigns.thenbasedonthePXIdeviceandLabview,thecurrentautomati
4、ctestsystemisachieved.Fjrstly,thecurrenttechnologyofvibrationATSisdiscussed,thentheconceptofthissystembasedonthePXIisadvanced.Secondly,theconlpositionofvibrationATSisdiscussedandpivotaltechnologiesonthevibrationATSareanalyzed.FinallybyvirtueofLabVIEW,thesoftoftestj
5、ngandanaJyzingvibrationdataisrealized.Thissystemwhichusingmodulariza“onprogramtododataacquisition,storage,processinganddisplaycanruninMicrosoftWindows2000orXP.Thesignalprocessfunctionsofthesoftwareincludethosefunctionsasdigitalfilter,windowing,aut0一correlationfunct
