1、摘要本文分析了国内外GIS以及GIS在交通领域的应用现状，结合哈尔滨市松北新区一定范围内的交叉口规划数据信息，构建了基于GIS的城市道路交叉口规划系统。论文首先介绍了平面交叉口规划的内容，并对目前我们应用较多的平面定时信号交叉口进行了重点研究。在研究的基础上，进行了交叉口规划系统总体设计。通过对系统开发模式的分析，最终采用组件式GIS进行集成二次开发，并确定了系统的整体结构框架，建立了交叉口规划系统空间和属性数据库。在确定系统的研发技术路线后，对系统各功能模块的设计和实现过程进行阐述的同时，着重说明了交叉口规划模块两个字模块的实现过程，在交叉口规划、评价子模块中介绍了如何根据交

2、叉口预测交通量和规划道路的标准横断面等信息，通过程序实现信号交叉口自动配时、进口道车道数设计，交叉口交通评价指标计算工作。根据此模块确定的车道数，提出了交叉口道路横断面规划方案。在交叉口红线规划子模块中，介绍了系统如何根据交叉口道路横断面规划方案、道路红线交点坐标、道路方位角、交叉口进、出口道红线展宽宽度、展宽段及渐变段规划红线长度等信息，完成自动绘审4交叉口道路红线用地范围工作。关键词交叉口规划；地理信息系统；集成开发；AbstractAccordingtOthedatainformationsoftheroadintersectionplanningincertainsco
