1、摘要本文通过对国内外离心过滤技术研究现状的分析和亲身的现场时间工作经验总结,指出了离心脱水技术的重要性,和未来在该领域内需要开展的理论研究方向。文中描述了离心力场的基本特征,提出了提高分离因数的基本途径;结合立式螺旋卸料离心机的脱水机理,分析了颗粒在筛面上的运动情况,运用数学方法和理论力学知识建立了物料在筛篮运动上的动力学模型。对XLL—1100型离心机的结构、零部件和工作原理进行了细致的分析研究,并针对现场使用过程中出现的问题进行了原因分析。XLL—1100型离心脱水及存在处理能力低、入料粒度范围小等问题,主要原因是由于刮刀与筛篮设计不合理、过煤面积小造成的。本论文在
