3、双方经济的共同发展。本文研究泰中两国进出口贸易的现状与问题，目的就是通过对两国进出El贸易问题的剖析，结合两国区域经济合作的背景，提出化解问题的对策建议，使两国贸易获取可持续发展。本文首先介绍古典贸易理论、新古典贸易理论和新贸易理论的发展情况，为全文打下理论基础，接着介绍泰国的农业和工业中具有出El优势的相关产品，阐述泰中贸易进出口额及贸易差额比较、泰国对中国出口商品情况和泰国对中国进El商品情况，对泰中贸易现状进行详细分析。在上述基础上，论述泰中贸易四个方面的问题：物流运输的问题，双边贸易额失衡的问题，非关税贸易壁垒的问题和两国

4、贸易产品相似度的问题。根据上述问题，提出了进一步发展泰中两国进出口贸易的策略建议，主要包括：解决物流运输问题的对策、解决两国贸易额失衡问题的对策、解决非关税贸易壁垒问题的对策、应对两国贸易产品相似问题的对策。关键词：泰国，中国，进出El贸易，问题及对策ABSTRACTThailandisanimportantmemberstateofASEAN，Chinaistheimportantroleoftheglobaleconomy,Thailand’slargestexportingcountryandthesecondlargest
