3、ansponderchipisresearchedinthisdissertation.First.theRFIDsystemstructureandthefundamentalsarediscussed,andtherelevantprotocolsarecompared.Secondly,thesystemarchitectureofthepassiveUHFIUIDtransponderICisanalyzedanddesigned.ThekeYdesignparametersoftheUHFRFIDtransponderarepresentedandho
4、wtodesignalow.powerandlOW.costpassivetransponderICiSstudied.Furthermore,anovelverificationdevelopmentplatformforpassiveUHFRFIDtranspondersiSpresented.Then.onthebasisofthefunctionalverification,thesystemarchitecturesoftheradiofrequencyanalogfrontend(REAFE)andthecontrollogiccircuitfort
