2、lopmentofFujian，whichisoneoftheprovinceswithrichportresourcesandalsooneofthemostprosperouscoastal’regionswiththelongesthistoryofportdevelopment．WithsuchadvantageousconditionsasboastingofatongcoastlineanddirectlyfacingTaiwanarea,theporteconomyofFujian，boostedbyitsrelevantindustries，hastremendo

4、makingthiscoastalprovinceoneoftheregionswithfastestgrowneconomysincetheadoptionofthereform-and—openingpolicymorethantWOdecadesago。Tbeeconomiccompetitionincoastalregionsisbasicallyakindofcompetitionembodiedinporteconomy．Atpresent，Fujian’sporteconomyisrightinacriticalper
