4、ycarriedoutinthispaperTobeginwith,Zr-basedalnorphousalloycoatingsweresuccessfullyproducedbylasercladdingonaTisubstrate.MicrostmctureofthecoatingsweresystematicallystudiedbyusingXRD、SEM、EDSandTEM。Theresultsshowthatthecoatingswerecomposedofamorphous,nanocrystallines,A12Zr3,
5、Cul0Zr7,Nil0Zr7phases.However,thecontentoftheeachconstituentvariesobviouslywi也coatingdepthowingtochangesofcompositionandcrystalparameters,Theresultobtainedbysemiquantitativeanalysisoflayer-by-layerXRDshowsthatthecontentofamorphousobviouslyincreasesinsubsurfacelayeroftheco
