3、agehasbecomemoreprominentthanbefore.Hence,fordevelopmentof70tnewtypegeneralpurposeuseopentopwagon,ifthetraditionalstaticstrengthdesignphilosophywereusedforproductdesign,itwouldinevitablyresultinmuchmorestaticstrengthoftheproductstructureavailable,butinsufficien
4、tfatiguestrengthexistingthere,whichwouldbringintheserioussafetydangertothereliableserviceoftheproduct.Therefore,itisofgreatsignificanceinrealityincarryingoutanti—fatiguedesignonwagonbodyof70tnewtypegeneralpurposeopentopwagonbasedonvirtualmodelmachinetechnology.
5、Thispaperpresentsthemajorresearchandstudyon70tnewtypegeneralpurposeUseopentopwagoninthefollowingaspects、Ⅳitllcarefulstudyofkeytechnicalknow—howofvirtualmodelmachinetechnology,thatistosay,onthebasisofperformancesimulationtechnology:Atfirst,consideringthestructur
6、efeatureandtechnicalparametersof70tnewtypegeneralpurposeuseopentopwagon,thedetailedFEAmodelisestablishedforthewagonbody.Thenthestaticstrengthanalysisandmodularanalysisisdoneonthemodelinaccordance、崩tllTB/T1335-1996“StrengthDesignandTestAccreditationSpecification
