7、doperation,loadallocation,decompusition-coordination第一章绪论§1.1概述我国的水库调度工作,经历了从无到有,逐步发展的过程。解放前,修建的水库既少又小,谈不上系统的水库调度工作。建国以来,我国共兴建了大、中、小型水库8万多座。水库调度工作也由浅入深,逐步走上正轨。水库调度工作关系到国民经济各部门的发展,调度得当,其增加的效益十分可观。如果调度失误,将造成十分严重的损失。根据有关资料,水库(群)的优化调度和补偿调节可比常规调度增加效益4--10%左右。现在全国大中型水库都已经或将要建立以遥测、遥感
8、和电算技术为基础的自动测报系统,根据许多水库水务工作人员的反映,不少水库的优化调度工作还没有开展,因此水库优化调度的推广应
