3、hreeaspects:(1)adjustingtheproportionofthematerialcomposition,(2)theimprovementonpreparationmethod,(3)chemistrydopant.InthispaperthepreparationofMn.ZnferriteandtheeffectofRE-dopedonMn-ZnferritebyoxideCO-precipitationmethod.werestudiedInthispaperMn.Znferrit
4、enanometerpowderwassynthesizedinsolutiononthebasisofpreparationofFe304byoxideCO-precipitationmethod.Theeffectsofconcentrationofsolution,PHvalue,heat.treatmentandsurfactantwerestudiedonthephase,microstructureandmagneticpropertiesoftheMn—Znferritesamples.The
5、resultsindicatethesinglephaseMn-ZnferritenanometerpowdercanbeprepareddirectlybyoxideCO.precipitationmethod,andtheCOncentrationandPHvalueofsolutionaretwokeyfactorsofthemethod,andthehigherconcentrationandPHvalues,thehighercrystallinityandsaturationmagnetizat
6、ion.Fe203existsintheMn.Znferritesamplesaftertheyareheat—treatedatdifferenttemperaturesinairandthecontentofFe203reduceswiththerisingofheat—treatmenttemperature,whilethesaturationmagnetizationsincrease.ButFe203does’texistintheMn—Znferritesamplesaftertheyareh
7、eat.treatedat600℃inairandthencooledinnitrogenatmosphere.ThesaturationmagnetizationofMn-ZnferritesamplescooledinnitrogenatmosphereishigherthanthatofMn-Znferritesamplescooledinair.ThesurfactantCrABaddedtosolutioncanreduceagglomerationofthenanometerparticlese
