3、fluid,asanewnanofunctionalmaterial,hasbothmagnetismandfluidity.ItWaswidelyappliedtomanyfieldsforthischaracteristicassoonasitWasinvented.TheapplicationofferrofluidinsensorfieldiSattractingmoreattentionnow.TheapplicationofferrofluidiflmicrodifferentialpressuresensorisanewsubjectinChina.The
4、thesismainlystudiedonadesignmethodofmicrodifferentialpressuresensorbasedonferrofluid,whichisofgreatsignificanceforthedevelopmentofnewseIlSUl5.Themaincontentsofthisthesisareasfollows:(1)AtheoreticalmodelWasestablished,andtheinput-outputrelationshipofthesensorWasderived(2)Thestructureofthe
5、sensorwasdesignedandthetest-bedwasputup.(3)ThecircuitofthesensorWasdesigned,simulationWasconductedandtheexperimentaldataWascollected.(4)Theparametersofthesensorwereresearched.(5)ThepreparationforthenextstepWasmadeaccordingtotheproblemsofthepreliminaryexperiments.Experimentsshowedthatthes
6、ensorpossessesthefeaturesofgoodlinearitghighsensitivityandstability,whichCanbewidelyappliedtomanyfields.Inshort,thisnewtypeofmicrodifferentialpressuresensorwillsurelyacceleratedevelopmentofsensorfieldandhaveprofoundsignificancefortheinventionofnewsensors.KEYWORDS:sensor;microdifferential
