3、esthebasicstructureandrealizationofthermalcontrolsystembasedonPROFIBUS.ConventionalPID—typecontrollershaveplayedadominantroleintheheatexchangersystemsduetoitssimplecontrolstructureandeaseofdesign.However,PID—typecontrollersmayencounterproblemssuchaslargeovershootandeve
4、npoorstabilityinthecontrolofplantswithtimedelay.Inrecentyears,plentyofadvancedcontroltechniqueshavebeendeveloped.FuzzyLogicControlisoneofthesenewparadigmsandhasbecomeveryattractiveinindustrialpractices.Becauseofitscapabilitytoemulatehumanthinkingandhumanilfferenceandto
5、capturetheinexactinformationoftheplant,FuzzyLogicController(FLC)oftenyieldssatisfactoryperformances.Thispaperdesignsthecontrolsystemofacross-flowair/waterheatexchanger,inordertoindicatetheuseofFuzzyLogicControlinthermalcontr01realm.Inthewateroutlettemperaturecontr01.th
