3、ntistspayattentiononit.LicensePlateRecognition(LPR)isoneofthecriticaltechniquesforITS.Thesystemcanregister,verify,monitorthevehicleorreporttopolicewithautomaticlicenseplaterecognitionautomatically.Soitcanbeusedinmanykindsofoccasions,suchasthechargessystemofexpressway,monitoringsystema
4、troadandroll-gate,changesandmonitoringsystematthedistrict,parkingarea,guidesystem,thesystemcountingthequantityifvehiclepassinginacertainperiodtime,etc.ThispaperaccomplishedresearchanddesignofvehicleLPRalgorithm.Thesystemconsistsofthreemainmodules：(1)Locationofvehiclelicenseplate.First
