1、南京理工大学硕士学位论文双丝气体保护焊熔池视觉检测与特征分析姓名:贾阳申请学位级别:硕士专业:材料加工工程指导教师:王克鸿20060601硕士论文双丝气体保护焊熔池视觉检测々特征分析摘要针对双丝气体保护自动焊熔池视觉采集困难的特点,本文设计了一套从熔池后方采集图像的视觉检测系统。针对中碳调质钢奥氏体不锈钢焊丝熔池,采用1个中心波长为980nto的窄带滤光片,1个0.1%和1个0.5%的中性减光片组成复合滤光系统,采集到形如椭圆的清晰熔池图像,经过图像特征分析,发现熔池头部、中部、尾部轮廓清楚,其中熔池区约占图像的75%,未发现浮渣。针对铝合金熔池,采用1
2、个中心波长为1064nm的窄带滤光片,1个0.1%的中性减光片组成复合滤光系统,采集到形如锥圆的熔池图像,铝合金熔池大部分被强烈的电弧光笼罩,在尾部还存在因弧光反射产生的亮光,熔池区可见部分比例偏小,但熔池边界比较清晰。本文从几何形态和灰度分布两个角度分析了中碳调质钢、铝合金双丝焊熔池特征,还设计了一套双丝气体保护焊熔池图像处理软件。该软件运算简单、计算速度快,处理过的熔池图像光滑、连续,基本没有断点和噪声。关键词:双丝自动焊,视觉传感,图像处理,特征硕士论文双丝气体保护焊熔池视觉检测与特征分析AbstractInviewofthecharacterth
