1、桥梁建设2014年第44卷第2期(总第225期)BridgeConstruction,Vo1.44,No.2,2014(TotallyNo.225)85文章编号:1003—4722(2014)02—0085—06南平樟湖库区大桥钢浮箱设计陈锐林,曹素功,唐世江,肖新强,唐璋(湘潭大学土木工程与力学学院,湖南湘潭411105)摘要:根据南平樟湖库区大桥建设条件,设计用于该桥深水桩基施工时拼装浮式平台的钢浮箱。根据设计要求及相关标准提出2种设计方案,即中底部龙骨、桁架、顶板横梁和侧板肋骨等均采用450mm肋距方钢方案和500mm肋距L形角钢方案。利用MIDASCivil软件建立2种方案的有限元模
2、型,计算4种工况下模型中梁单元、板单元的应力和位移变形并进行对比分析。结果表明:在4种工况下,2种设计方案的静力变形均较小,但2种方案的最大位移值和应力值相差较大;浮箱各构件的最大应力值远小于Q235B钢材的屈服强度值;L形角钢方案中构件的应力分布较方钢方案均匀。根据分析结果,该桥浮箱采用L形角钢方案,经现场测试和使用表明,浮箱具备良好的安全性和实用性,整体性能良好。关键词:桥梁工程,桩基础;钢浮箱;载重比;有限元法;方案;设计中图分类号:U445.34文献标志码:ADesignofSteelFloatingTanksforZhanghuReservoirAreaBridgeinNanpin
