3、dbycomputertechnology,especiallybyInternettechnology,providesallimportantopportunitytoworkouttheremotediagnosisandmanagementsystemforagrometeorologicaldisasters.Throughinvestigatingthekeytechnologiesoftheremotediagnosisandmanagementsystem,aweb—basedmanagementsystemwas
4、presentedonthebasisofcollectingandprocessingtheexperienceandknowledgerelatedtomaizechillingdamageinnortheastChina.Forthecomputerprogram,thissystemwasdevelopedbyJ2EEandJava.Combinedwithanalysisoftheenvironmentaldataacquiredfromthewirelesstelemonitoringsystemseuedupinth
5、efield,thereal-timeforecastofmaizechillingdamagemaybemadeoutjustthroughtheInteract.ThemainpurposeofdesigningthissystemistorealizethesystematicfunctionbyaccessingInternet.Bylogginginthissystem,userscangetthefollowingservices:takingoptionsfromactiveandpassivecountermeas
6、uresforreducingmaizechillingdamage,makingreal-timemanagement,gettingreferenceofexperts’knowledgeandexecutingsystemadministration,etc.Besidesreliability,easymaintenanceandoperation,thesystemalsohaswideapplicabilitythatcouldprovidealluniversalsystemplatformofremotediagn
7、osisandmanagementformorecropmeteorologicaldisastersbyrebuildingthedata—baseandknowledge-base.Instructuraldesign,thissystemconsistsofthreetiers:1)Data-tier:includingreal—timedataofthefieldsacquiredfromthetelemonitoringsystem,historicaldatacollectedfromthemeteorological
