3、ofChina(50377004),SDFDSmotorhasbeendeeplyandsystematicallystudiedincludingthecontrolmethods,analysisofthetorqueripple,andconstantpowercontrolbyfieldweakening,efficiencyoptimizationandSOon.ThegeneralmethodofdesignandanalysisofSDFDSmotorhavebeenexploredandthedigitaldrive
4、andcontrolsystemofhardwareplatformofSDFDSmotorisbuiltbasedondigitalsignalprocessor(DSP).TheperformanceofSDFDSmotoriscomprehensivelyevaluatedbasedontheexperimentalplatform.Thefruitsofthisthesisareasfollows:1.TheresearchbackgroundofEVandthelatestprogressesofthedrivesyste
5、maredescribed,andthedrawbacksofDSPMdrivesystemarepointedout.Moreover,thepresentresearchsituationofSDFDSmotorathomeandabroadisreviewed.2.TheoperationprinciplesandtopologyofSDFDSmotorareanalyzed,andthemathematicalmodelofSDFDSmotorisbuilt.3.Theinitialcalculationofmotordim
6、ensionsisgiven,andtheoutputpowerequationisanalyticailyderived.Moreover,finiteelementanalysisofa12-8poleSDFDSmotoriscarriedout,andtheparametersofSDFDSmotorarecalculated,whichestablishesthefoundationofthesimulationmodeloftheSDFDSmotordrivesystem.4.Duetotheabilityofself-s
7、tudyandself-adapt,asingleneuronself-adaptivePIDcontrollerisdesignedinviewofthenonlinearityandcouplingfeatureofSDFDSmotor,anditstheoreticalbasiswiththeprinciplesofchoosingtheparametersisintroduced.Theeffectivenessoftheproposedschemeisverifiedbyexperimentalresults.5.Theu
