1、硕士学位论文摘要随着Internet的日益普及和电子商务时代的到来，作为电子商务重要组成部分的支付系统显得越来越突出了。本文基于建成的沈阳公共信息综合服务网，即“沈阳通”。在此网中实现在沈阳电信局与银行之间进行互联网通信，利用银行卡作为支付工具，设计实现银行端的支付网关系统，以用来解决沈阳电信局端的电子商务业务中的支付问题，并保证该系统最终实现安全、准确、快捷的支付处理。本文正是在这一实际课题的背景之下，对电子商务中支付系统的安全性进行分析评述，包括安全协议标准(SET,SSL),国际上最新的安全方案PKI结构和基本安全算法及安
