3、reductionefficiencyandburnoutrate.Firstresearchonphysicsandcombustioncharacteristicofmicronizedcoalisprocessedinthispaper.Theresultsofthechangetendencyofpulverizedcoalcharacterwithparticlediameteraregotfromparticlediameterdeterminingtest,holestructurea
4、nalysistestandTGanalysistest,whichprovidetheoryelementforNOxreductionresearchwithmicronizedcoalreburningAfteralotofsurveyandcarefuldesignwork,aone—dimensionaltestsystemwithmulti—functionsuchasairstageandfuelreburningisbuiltup.Thissystemisasemi-industri
5、alfacilityandcangetinstructiveresultsforengineeringutility.ThetemperatureiscontrollableandresultantandreductiveprocessofNOxcanbesimulatedinfurnace,whichprovidetestelementforNOxreductionresearchwithmicronizedcoalreburningUsingthissystem,researchonNOxemi
6、ssionandburnoutcharactersofthetestfacilityarecarriedout。TheresultsofinfluenceonNOxemissionandcarboninflyashbycoaltype,coalparticlediameter,furnacetemperatureandexcessairarereachedthroughtests.Thenmicronizedcoalreburningtestsareprocessed,whichshowaremar
7、kableeffectresultsOilNOxreductionandburnoutrate.Inthispaper,thenumericalsimulationsofmicronizedcoalrebumingareconducted.Theinfluenceonreburningefficiencybyabove—mentionedfactorsandNOxconcentrationalongthefurnacearestudied.Thissimulationenrichesthetestr
