1、南京林业大学硕士学位论文居住区环境的个性与特色探索姓名：谷康申请学位级别：硕士专业：城市规划与设计指导教师：王浩2003.6.1摘要我国自20世纪80年代改革开放以来，社会经济的巨大发展，物质财富的丰富必然刺激了对精神生活的高追求。随着城镇住房制度改革的深化和住房分配政策的落实，城市住宅开发建设如雨后春笋，房地产业空前兴旺。中国的房地产业从探索到初步形成到向理性发展的二十年也就是中国居住区景观规划设计从萌芽到初步发展的阶段。许多优秀的设计师在这个领域做出了有益的探索和尝试，各个时期涌现出一大批具

2、有代表性的作品。近年来随着房地产开发的成熟、深入，国外的设计事务所也积级参与了国内的房地产业，他们带来了西方现代景观设计的理念，给国内的景观设计行业注入了新的活力，带来了全新的观点。同时也给国内的同行提供了学习的良机。因此本文以1995年以来中国大陆的部分房地产开发实践活动建构起本论文研究框架。通过对我国居住区环境规划设计发展的回顾和总结，为我国居住区环境规划设计实践和未来道路的选择提供有益的借鉴。关键词：居住区；环境；规划Abstract．】tJsthe20thcentury80’sthe“o
