6、······································································6附录A(资料性附录)常用蒸汽管道钢材的线性膨胀系数······································································7IIDL/T441—2004前言本标准是根据原国家经济贸易委员会司(局)《关于下达2000年度电力行业标准制、修订计划项目的安排》电力[2000]70号文,对DL441—1991进行修订。高温蒸汽管道蠕

7、变监督的目的是保证管道的安全运行。通过对管道定期、定型蠕变测量和数据分析,及时掌握高温蒸汽管道金属的蠕变规律,为正确分析和预测管道的剩余寿命提供可靠的技术依据。DL441—1991自颁布实施至今已10年有余,在实施的过程中积累了丰富的经验,也提出了一些新的问题,同时,在新修订的DL438—2000《火力发电厂金属技术监督规程》中列入了对蒸汽管道监察弯管的蠕变监督,也需要对相关内容进行修订。本标准与DL441—1991相比,主要有以下一些变化:——将原“导则”改为“规程”;——本标准改为推荐性行业标准;——增加了规范性引用文件;——

8、增加了蒸汽管道监察弯管蠕变监督的内容;——增加了附录A“常用蒸汽管道钢材的线膨胀系数”;——对原“导则”的编排顺序、体例及有关条款作了较大幅度的修订。本标准实施后代替DL441—1991。本标准附录A是资料性附录。本标准由中国电力企业联合会提出。本
