1、洳≥:j、漕博士学位论文⑧作者姓名曾厦笪学科(专业)皇力鱼王量鱼左篮动摘要调制律,并在此基础上详细分析了变换器采用半自然四步电压换流策略时的双向开关换流过程,得出变换器运行于负载谐振点附近偏感性工况时开关换流损耗最小的结论;为改善变换器输入电流谐波情况,本文基于在变换器三个输入相间合理分配高频负载电流的思路,提出了两种分别适合于中频和高频感应加热电源应用的电流分配律方案,并对其中适合中频应用的面积分割方案进行了重点研究;仿真和试验结果表明:当假设变换器负载谐振电流幅值恒定时,采用等幅面积分割方案与
2、基本调制律结合的策略,可获得准梯形波形式的变换器输入电流波形,当计及负载谐振电流幅值变化规律时,采用变幅面积分割方案与基本调制律结合的策略,可获得准正弦形式的变换器输入电流波形;与传统设备相比,仅通过改善调制策略就可以大幅度改善新电源拓扑的输入电流谐波情况。论文最后对全文工作进行了总结,并对后续工作进行了展望。关键词:矩阵变换器;理论谐波分析;全数字化电压换流策略;串联谐振电路;感应加热负载Ⅱ浙江大学博士学位论文ResearchofSomeIssuesonMatrixConverterAbstra
