1、天津大学硕士学位论文双丝脉冲MIG焊工艺研究姓名:刘辉申请学位级别:硕士专业:材料加工工程指导教师:李桓20070101摘要焊接的高效化、环保化,智能化成了2l世纪钢结构制造业发展的迫切要求。对于普通MIG/MAG焊来说,焊接速度提高会导致未焊透、焊缝成形恶化等焊接缺陷,在解决上述问题的前提下,本文旨在研究完善一种高效、实用的双丝脉冲MIG焊接工艺。本研究课题采用了Tandem型双丝脉冲MIG焊试验系统,两台焊机通过双丝脉冲控制器连接,实现推挽式输出,以减小两个电弧之间的干扰。两焊丝相互隔离,由两台电
2、源分别供电,避免了电源之间的相互影响,使焊接电弧得到较好的控制。本论文在深入分析双丝脉冲MIG焊接过程的机理后,针对影响焊接过程的主要工艺参数,通过大量的试验,研究了前后丝均采用直径01.2mm焊丝和前丝采用直径01.2mm焊丝后丝采用直径01.6mm焊丝两种情况下焊接电流、焊接电压、脉冲频率、脉宽比、焊丝倾角、干伸长度等不同参数对焊接过程的影响规律,采用了高速摄像/摄影手段观测各组试验参数下的熔滴过渡和电弧行为,结合为本试验开发的焊接信号采集测试分析软件,确定了对实际工程焊接有实际指导意义的参数范围
