5、kinthisarticleincludetheaspectasfollows:1)Someresearchweredoneontheworkingprincipleoftunablediodelaserabsorptionspectroscopy(TDLAS),usethewavelengthmodulationandharmonicdetectiontechnologytoimprovedetectionsensitivity,andbasedonthegasabsorptionpeal(thatisselected,theDFBLDwhichwavelengthis16
