1、西南交通大学硕士学位论文氢等离子体改性Ti-O薄膜的血液相容性研究姓名:杨忠海申请学位级别:硕士专业:生物医学工程指导教师:杨苹20090401西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文第ll页能有显著影响。随着氢气通入量的增加,薄膜厚度增加,薄膜应力增加,并且XRD结果显示,氢气通入后薄膜晶粒发生细化。XPS结果显示,氢气加入后,薄膜中产生了氧缺失,并且随着氢气通入量的增加,薄膜中氧缺失程度增加。与氢等离子体还原Ti.O薄膜类似,加氢溅射沉积薄膜的电阻急剧减小。体外血液相容性实验表明,当氢气流量与氧气流量比Fm:F02=O.2.O.3时,加氢溅射沉积Ti.O.H薄膜能抑制薄膜
2、表面纤维蛋白原的变性,进而阻止了薄膜表面血小板的黏附和活化,提高了其血液相容性。综合以上的研究得出以下结论:采用氢等离子体还原和加氢溅射沉积两种方法均可以制备出具有氧缺失的Ti.O薄膜,并且均能够获得血液相容性优于低温同性热解碳(埘C)的Ti.0.(H)薄膜。但是Ⅱ.0薄膜的血液相容性并不随氢改性程度的增加而单调变化,氢的影响具有复杂性。关键词:氧化钛薄膜;非平衡磁控溅射;氢等离子体;血液相容性西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文第1Il页AbstractHemocompatibilityisakeypropertyofbiomaterialsthatwithblood,
