1、第35卷第9期高电压技术Vol.35No.92009年9月30日HighVoltageEngineeringSep.30,2009·2313·输电导线的覆冰模拟系统1,21112汪佛池,杜岳凡,李成榕,吕玉珍,赵宇倩(1.华北电力大学高电压与电磁兼容北京市重点实验室,北京102206;2.华北电力大学电力系,保定071003)摘要:为了更好地开展输电导线覆冰及防冰研究工作,需研制输电导线覆冰模拟系统,故在分析了输电导线常见雨淞覆冰气候条件基础上优化设计了导线成冰小室、喷水装置及导线旋转系统等。利用Fluent流体仿真软件分析成冰小室中气流分布的情况表明,该成冰小室内部气流分布基本均匀
2、,可有效模拟导线覆冰过程中周围气流场分布。实测成冰小室内部风速与仿真结果相符且喷水装置产生的水滴直径达到了自然界中毛毛雨的雨滴直径。对钢芯铝绞线覆冰实验显示,导线表面短时内即可形成均匀致密的雨淞层,说明该覆冰模拟系统可以有效模拟自然界中导线表面雨淞覆冰的形成过程。关键词:输电导线;覆冰;模拟系统;气流;水滴直径;雨淞中图分类号:TM75文献标志码:A文章编号:100326520(2009)0922313204IcingSimulationSystemforTransmissionLine1,21112WANGFo2chi,DUYue2fan,LICheng2rong,LBYu2zhe

5、ngtothesimulationresultsbasedontheFluentsoftware,theaircurrentwasuniformlydistributedinthewindtunnel,whichcouldperfectlysimulatetheaircurrentaroundtransmissionlinesinfreezingweather.Thewaterdropletsweregeneratedbythespraynozzleandthesizesweremeasuredbyasplashmethod.Thetestresultsshowthatthesize
6、ofthewaterdropletisclosetothedrizzleonewhichisthemainsourceofglazeicingonthetransmissionlines.Thetransmissionlinecanbecoveredwithauniformcompacticelayerwiththehelpofarotatingmachine,whichcansimulatetheicingprocessoftransmissionlineinavariedwind.Theicingexperimentsofaluminumcablessteelrein2force
7、dindicatethattheconductorscanbecoveredwithauniformcompactglazeicelayeronlyafterbeingsprayedfor20min.Therefore,theicingsimulationsystemcanperfectlysimulatetheglazeicingprocessoftransmissionlines.Keywords:transmissionline;icing;simu
