1、天津大学博士学位论文多孔陶瓷负载碳纳米管膜的制备及其气体渗透性能姓名:米万良申请学位级别:博士专业:工业催化指导教师:林跃生;张宝泉20051201机理为密度控制机理。实验发现采用聚苯乙烯溶液可以有效填充碳纳米管之间的空隙,同时提高碳管之间及其与基体间的结合强度。采用酸腐蚀方法和机械方法来去除碳纳米管中包含的催化剂和碳管的封闭端,可以有效地使碳纳米管开口。利用所制备的碳纳米管膜的一维孔道作为膜孔,研究各种气体通过膜的渗透性能。实验结果表明,气体在碳纳米管中有良好的分离选择性,并随着碳管管径的减小以

3、tismandhydrogenstoragecapbility,whichhasdramaticallystimulatedintensiveresearchsincetheirdiscoveryin1991.Therearemanyapplicationsfor1Dnano·porestructureofCNTs,whichhasnotbeencompletelyexploited.Shellandcoworkersfoundthatthetransportratesinnanotubeswer
4、emagnitudeofordersfasterthaninzeoliteswithcomparableporesizecalculatedbyatomicsimulationmethod.Thus,ifCNTsaremadeintomembrane,Wepredictthatcarbonnanotubesmembranewillhavefluxesthatareordersofmagnitudegreaterthancrystallinezeolitemembranes.Moreover,dia
5、metersizeofCNTscanbeadjustedforpreparingmembranesuitablefortheseparationofdifferentcomplexmaterials.Martinhadsuccessfullysynthesizedgoldnanotubesmembrane,whichcouldcompletelyseparatepyridineandquinine.Thepyridinecouldpermeatethroughthemembranebecauseo
6、fitssmallermolecularssize,whilequininecouldn’t.Themembraneexhibitedgoodseparationselectiviyforpyridineandquinine.ThusWecouldexpectthatcarbonnanotubesmembranewillhavebroaderapplications,suchasproteinseparation,nanoreactorandsensors.ThiswillmakeCNTsbeco
