3、hatitispossibletoobtaintheaccuratedisplacementequivalentstaticwindloads,butthepreciseinternalforceequivalentstaticwindloadsdonotusuallyexist.Takingthecantileveredroofsoftwolarge-scalestadiumsforexamples,theresultsobtainedindicatethemethodproposedinthispaperispracticableandconvenient.

6、ticwindloadoflow-risebuildings,andsubsequentlyputforwardtheLRCmethod[2,3].However,theequivalentstaticwindloadsobtainedbyLRCmethodareonlycorrespondingtoacertainkindofwind–inducedresponseatacertainpositionofthestructure,andresponsesatotherpositionsofthestructureunderthissetofloadsareus
7、uallynotidenticalwiththeresponsesacquiredaccordingtothetheoryofrandomvibration.Windloadson,andwind-inducedresponsesof,long-spanroofsareverycomplicated,andthedistributionsofwind-inducedresponsesoflong-spanroofs,notlikethatoftallbuildings,couldnotbecontrolledbyaextremeresponseatacertai
