5、esthatthestable,homogeneousAPGDPhasbeenestablished.Thirdly,Thegenerationandmechanismofdischarge,andsomefactorsthataffectdischargeareinvestigatedindetail.Theimpedancematchingbetweenthepowersupplyandreactordirectlyaffectsthequalityofdischargeandtheeffectofmodification.SOit
