3、alueandlow-densityenergyfromMSW:biomassandlOW.heatvaluefuelinourcountry,anewmathematicmodelofgasificationhasbeenestablishedandhotgasificationtestshavebeencarriedout.Basedonmaterialbalance,energybalanceandchemicalequilibrium,themathematicmodelofgasification
4、hasbeenestablished.Themodelcallbeappliedtoallkindsofsolidfuel.Theeffectsofbiomassspecies,airtemperatureandfractionofsteaminthefeedgasongasificationhasbeenresearched.Theconclusionsareshownasbelow:>At900~1300℃.thehigh-heat—value(I-IHV)ofsyngasandgasification
5、efficiencyincreasewiththeincreaseofgasificationtemperature.Whenairtemperatureincreasesby100℃,theHHVofsyngasincreasesby0.25-0.32MJ/Nm’.Asthegasificationofpinesawdustasconcemed.theHHVofsyngasincreasesby22.41%whengasificationtemperaturerisesfrom900℃to1300℃and
6、reaches7.1MJ/Nm’at1300℃.>TheHHVofsyngasandgasificationefficiencyincreasewiththeincreaseoffractionofsteamintllefeedgas.Whenthefractionofsteaminthefeedgasincreasesby10%,theHHVofsyngasincreasesby0.46-0.53MI仓im’.Concerningthegasificationofpinesawdustatl100℃.wh
