3、ope.TheinterferenceFOGisintheapplicationprocess.TheresonationFOGneedsshorterfiberorwaveguidetorealizethesamesensitivity,comparing、)l,imtheinterferenceFOG.ItCanrealizeintegrationinsiliconplanarwaveguidemoduleandintegrationofringcavity,inputandoutputopticalcircuitsandmodulatorin

4、singlechipofplanarwaveguide.ItfitstheRMOGverymuch,whichstandsforthetrendofminiaturizationofgyroscope.Inthisthesis,thetheoryofresonationFOGisanalyzedfirst.Theresonafioncharacteristicofthekeycomponent------resonationcavityandthesensifivitylimitofresonationFOGareanalyzeddeeply.Th

5、emutualrelationshipbetweenthesensitivitylimitandboththelaserdimensionandthecouplingcoefficientismainlyanalyzed,consideringthelaserdimension,couplingcoefficientofthecouplerandtheresonationcryityloss.TheproductionmechanismofthemainnoisefactorsintheresonationFOGisanalyzedsubseque

6、ntly.Thecompensationmethodsofsomekindsofnoiseswhichwecareareinduced.Inthisthesis,anovelstructureofsilicon-basedpassiveringwaveguideresonationcavityisfirstlyintroducedanddesigned.ThedesigniscombinedwitlltheMEMStechnology,whichgetsridofthecurvedwaveguidesinthepreviouswaveguideri
