4、emainworkofthedissertationaresummarizedasfbllows:Firstly,thestructureoftheinspectionsystemwasinn‘oduced,especiallytheprincipleofimagecollection.A11theworkwerebasedonthesurveyandstudyinsomemachineVisioncompanies.Secondly,intheresearchofthe_inspectionalgorithmwesel
5、ectedtheappropriatemethodofimagepretreatmentalgOrithmwhichincIudedthebinarizationalgorithmandalgorithmsofextractingtheobjectregionandeliminatingimagenoiseaIldthoms.ThethinningalgorithmbasedonmathematicalmorphologyandHoughtransformalgoritlllIlwereusedtodetectthean
6、gleofthe1ine.Themethodoflocatingimagecentroidwasusedtorecognizethecharacteroftheimage.Lastly,thedissertationintroducedthereal—timeimageprocessingsystem.Hou曲transformalgorithmwasrealizedonDsP,andtheresulthadcheckedthehighemciencyandfcasibilityofDSP.Itwasanewmethod
