2、temarethemainthermalleakagesource.TakingthetechnologyofHTScurrentleadscaneffectivelyreducethethermalleakagesource.AccordingtotheNationalHigh-techDevelopmentProgram(863),InstituteofCryogenicsofHUSTbeginstostudyanddesigncoolingsystemofSMESbycryocooler.Basedonthisbackground,thecharactersofconducti
3、oncooledHTSCisdiscussedinthepaper.Firstlytheclass、structureandpropertymanufacturingmethodsofHTS,whichrelatingwithdesignofbinarycurrentleads,wouldbeintroduced.TherelationshipofthecoveredsilverlayersandtheHTScurrentleadsarediscussedtoo.Secondly,theconductionmodelofthebinarycurrentleadsisbuilt.the
4、coppercurrentleadsarefabricatedtomakesuretheheatcurrentcrossingthecut-offpointisleast.ThedetailedparameterofHTScurrentleadssuppliedbytheNorthwestInstituteforNonferrousMetalResearchareintroduced,andtherelationshipofthethermalinterfaceresistancearediscussedtoo.Thirdly,thecryogenicsystemofHighTemp
5、eratureSuperconductiveMagneticEnergystorage(SMES)isintroduced.ItincludesthecoolingplanoftheGMcryocoolertheinsulationandanalysisoftheheatleak.Lastlytheexperimentwasdoneinthecryogenicsystem.Wegetaanalysisreportoftheexperimentdata.Inthispaper,wedesignandfabricatethebinarycurrentleadswhichwereusedi
