1、上海交通大学硕士学位论文高速芯片电源/地线网的信号完整性分析姓名:王晓申请学位级别:硕士专业:电磁场与微波技术指导教师:毛军发20070101对于完成布线的电源/地线网,本文对其静态电压降的仿真方法做了研究。首先根据仿真要求,通过采用导线的电阻模型以及标准单元的等效电流源模型,将电源/地线网络等效替代为一个电路网络,并由此生成改进节点法方程。随后根据方程的系数矩阵有大量零元素的特点,采用块超松弛迭代方法解上述方程,从而实现了静态电压降的快速仿真,文中详细给出了该算法的各个步骤。随后采用C语言编程实现的数值仿真结果表明该算法与传统方
2、法相比,可在保证精度的情况下提高计算速度。进一步,本文对于上述算法进行改进,实现了该算法的并行化,得到了一种并行块超松弛迭代算法,文中详细给出了该算法的流程图以及关键变量的传递方向,随后通过C语言编写核心算法以及利用消息传递接口(MPI)实现了整个算法。最后,通过数值仿真,证明运用该算法可进一步提高静态电压降的计算速度。关键词:电源/地线网络,标准单元芯片,电压降,迭代,并行计算第II页SIGNALINTEGRITYANALYSISOFPOWER/GROUNDNETINHIGHSPEEDCHIPSABSTRACTThedesign
