2、ofXRDandSEMinthehydrationprocess.Italsopresentesthedetailsoftheexperiment.inwhichredmudsolutioninthesinteringprocessiSusedasthemajormaterialsupplyingaluminumtosynthesize4Azeolite.A1lthecontrollingconditions,includingslurrying,crystallizationandmaturing,which
3、workonthespecificationsof4Azeolite,aretestedduringthesynthesis.Asshowedintheexperiment,Thecontrollingconditionsofthehydrothermalsynthesisoftheredmudsolutionbypurifiedandthesolubleglassis,thetemperatureofslurryingshouldbecontrolledbetween50and55℃.thetemperatu
4、reofcrystallizationshouldbecontrolledbetween70and80℃.thetemperatureofmaturingshouldbecontrolledatabout95℃.Thus.itCanproduce4AzeolitewhichiSeligible.TheindexnumberofCa2十>295mg/g,white兰_95%,whichcomestothefirstclassofthemerchandise.Thehi曲concentrationsynthesis
