3、ossbytheimproperpowermatchingaftertheanalysisofthemainenergylossesofhydraulicexcavator.Next,thethesisexploredtheworkingcharacteristicsoftheengine,advisestooperatetheenginebytheinductionofrotatespeedandalsodesignstheauto—idlingoftheengine.Intheworkingprocessofthehydraulicexcavator,theabsorbedp
4、owerofthehydraulicpumpissetoverthehighestoutputpoweroftheengineandthepowermarginoftheengineiscancelled,whichmakesitpossibletoexertthepotentialsoftheenginebetter.Thisthesisalsoputsforwardamethodnamed“P·Qcurvecorrespondcontrol”,namely,throughthecontrolofrotating—speedinduction,thepumpunderthewo
5、rkingconditionCanadjustthequantumtochangeP—Qcurveaccordingtotheload.ThisCanmaketheengineworksunderthebestworkingareaandsavethefuelconsumption.Atthesametime,confirmthedifferentpoweroutputmodeandworkingcondition,operatetheengineandpumpdifferentlyaccordingtOthedifferentrequirementsunderdifferent
