4、otheroneisinefficientpropertymanagement.Itiseasyforpeopletothinkabouttechnicalmethodstoimprovebuildingenergyconsumptioninsteadofmanagement.However,savingenergybyeffectivepropertymanagementisthemostdirectway,andgoodcollaboratingpatternscancreateconvenienc
5、efortechnicalmethods.Butitisnoeasytorealizeefficientmanagement,becauseofthedifficultyIIIofquantitativemeasurement.Thispaperfocusesonhowtoimprovebuildingenergyefficiencybywell-plannedpropertymanagement.First,consideringthebadstatusofenergyefficiency,itana
