2、ctly,andrealizemanufacturingprocedurewithhighspeedandhighprecision.Consequently,PMSLMisbecomingtheprincipalfunctiondeviceofsuper-qualityNCmachines,andhasextensiveapplicationperspectivesinNCsystemswithhighspeedandhighprecision,ICmanufactureandpackingdevices,lithographictools,andsoon.However,i
3、nthePMSLMs,thereexiststhrustripplecausedbytheloaddisturbance,thedetentforcegeneratedbyend-effectandslot-effect,andtheperturbationofsystemparameters,whichhasnegativeeffectonthepositioningaccuracyandthesteadinessatlowspeed,andthenbecomesoneofsignificantcausesinterferingwiththewidelyuseofthePMS
4、LMsinindustrialpractice.ThispaperfocusedonhowtoweakenthenegativeeffectofthrustrippleontheperformanceofthePMSLMs,andanalyzedtheoccurrencereasonsandthecalculationmethodsofthrustripple,andproposedthecorrespondingconstructivedesignmethodstoreducedetentforceandthecontrolstrategytorestraintthrustf
5、ipple,andperformedexperimentstoverifythevalidityoftheproposedmethodsabove.Firstly,thedetentforcethatisthemainreasonofthrustripplewasanalyzedbythemotordesignmethods.TheanalysismodelofthemagneticfieldinthePMSLMwasbuiltbymeansofequivalentmagnetizingcurrentandSchwarz-Christoffeltransformation,an
6、dthedetentforcewasanalyzedbyMaxwellstress.Theanalysisresultsshowedthatthedetentforcecouldbedividedintotheendforcecausedbyend-effectandthecoggingforcecausedbyslot-effect,andthenthefiniteelementmodelsweresetuptocalculatetheendforceandthecoggingforcerespectively,astheresult,thecorrespondingcons
7、tructivedesignmethodswereproposed.Secondly,thevectorcontroltheory,thekinematicsmodelandthesinusoidalspacevectorPulse-Width-Modulation(SVPWM)controltechnologywereanalyzeddividually,andthenthemathematicsimulationmodeloftheservosystemofPMSLMwasbuilt.S
