1、桥梁建设2014年第44卷第3期(总第226期)104BridgeConstruction,Vo1.44,No.3,2014(TotallyNo.226)文章编号:1003—4722(2014)03—0104—05大跨度单主缆悬索桥体系转换过程受力分析李鸥(中铁大桥局集团桥科院有限公司,湖北武汉430034)摘要:广西柳州市双拥大桥为主跨430m的双塔单主缆地锚式悬索桥,采用主缆架设和主梁顶推同步施工、分批张拉吊索的施工工艺。该桥具有单根主缆体系横向受力效应的特殊性,体系转换技术难度大,为了解单主缆体系在施工中各种状态下结构的力学响
2、应,采用无应力状态法,利用ANSYS软件建立全桥有限元模型,分析体系转换过程中的吊索和主缆内力、主缆线形、桥塔偏位和主梁支反力等参数的变化规律。结果表明:吊索和主缆的安全系数均满足要求;主缆跨中矢高变化幅度达8.852m;桥塔塔顶偏位在±150mm以内,桥塔变形和受力均较为合理。二期恒载施工后,该桥成桥线形、内力状态与设计预期目标吻合较好,各项实测参数均满足设计和规范要求。关键词:悬索桥;单主缆;钢箱梁;钢桥塔;体系转换;有限元法;受力分析;桥梁施工中图分类号:U448.25;U445.4文献标志码:AForceConditionA
