3、hichincludessystematicarchitecture,softwareandhardwareconstructionanddevelopmentoftbeprogram.Throughanoverallanalysisofthesystem,thefunctionconfiguration,organicframeworkandinformationstructurehavebeenexplainedseparatelyinthepaper.Accordingtothevariablerul

4、eoftensionandvelocity,acontrolthoughttakingdoubleclosedloopcomesforward,whichadaptsanasynchronouselectromotoraspowersol/aceandamagneticparticleclutchASforceapparatus.Themotoriscompetentforlonglow-speedorstoppingupandtheclutchhasfinecharacteristicofcontrolw

5、ithtorque.Sensorsasforwardaccessobtainsignal,anindustrialcomputerwithabundanthardwareresourceasbackgroundutilizeset—inboardsbasedonPCIbusandserialmodulestofull51ldatatransmissionandinstructioncommunication.ThesystemsoftwareisestablishedbasedontheLabVIEWpla

6、tformusingthegraphicalprogramminglanguage.Itfullyutilizesadesignmethodofmodularizationtodevelopeveryfunctionmoduleandtestingprogram,achievestension·loadingtrialofequipment,real-timestatemonitoting,analysisandmanagementoftestingdata.Itestablishesthefoundati

7、onforvirtualtensionmeasurementandcontrolsystemtoanin—depthstudyanddevelopment.TheaccomplishedmeasurementandcontrolsystemoftensionbasedonVIispossessedoffriendlyinterface,comprehensivefunctions,nicertransplantingandfinerexpansibility.Itplaysallexemplaryrolet
