3、auseoftheirhi曲efficiency,quick-response,zerofrictionetc.Newnon—contactandconvenientprobesareneededtoenablepeopletoevaluatetheirproducts.Anewprobeisdevelopedinthisthesistosatisfythisneed,ThisprobehassmalllightspotandCanbeusedtomeasurethemicroelectro-mecha
4、nicalsystem.Adynamicactiveconfocalprobeisdevelopedinthethesis,Thedisplacementmeasurementofthevibratinglensisconvertedtotimedifferencemeasurement.ThetimedifferencebetweenthepeaksignalandthezeropointofthevibrationmotionisdeterminedbyA/Dsamplingandsinglechi
